TERMS OF SALES AND COMPANY POLICIES:
By using this site, or ordering from it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the policies and terms of Plycon's Armory. Please review our terms and policies, and if you do not agree with them - DO NOT order from our site.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We do not share your information with anyone unless they can provide a court order to do so. Your personal information is not up for sale or trade.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Plycon's Armory, Inc. accepts Visa, Master Card, Paypal, and cash to pay for orders placed. To help protect you (and us) against credit card fraud, credit card orders can only be shipped if the billing address provided matches what the issuing bank has on file 100%. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval. We will only ship to the verified billing address for the credit card. No exceptions. More detailed information about payment options can be found on the Ordering Information page of our website.
PRICING POLICY:
Prices are set at the time of purchase. We offer no form of price protection. All prices listed are in US currency. We normally update prices every Monday - but prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsibile for typographical errors that might occur on the site. Residents of the state of Georgia will be charged 7% sales tax.
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
You MUST be 18 years old or older to place an order with Plycon's Armory. We require a signed liability waiver before we'll ship any order.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS:
Plycon's Armory reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason. In addition, an automated electronic order confirmation does not indicate acceptance of any order by us.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS WEBSITE ARE TO BE USED AT YOUR OWN RISK!
A signed, legally binder waiver removing all liability from Plycon's Armory INC. is required before we will process or ship any order. Any attempt to supply false information to us by the customer will be used against them in court as attempted Mail Fraud should legal recourse arise. The signed waiver holds Plycon's Armory Inc., and any of it's employees or associated businesses blameless in any way, for any situation, injury, damages, deaths, harm, etc. arising from the customer's purchase of airsoft items from Plycon's Armory Inc. Once you purchase the item - YOU are responsible for how it's used, your behavior with it, and the effects of what happens if someone else uses it.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
The majority of the items we sell come with a seven day limited internal defect
warranty that starts from the date of confirmed Fed-Ex delivery.. All items are tested before they ship to us. They are then tested by
us when they arrive at the store. They are also tested one more time before they ship out to a customer.
We will replace defective fuses for AEGs if they arrive non-functioning. If the product is damaged in shipping
- contact us immediately so that we can file claim with Fed-Ex. Replacements will be handled depending on the
situation in regards to Fed-Ex's investigation of the claim.
Breaking cosmetic features of airsofts (i.e. cocking handles) is not covered in any way.
Some products we sell do come with a manufacturer's warranty - but you would need to contact
the manufacturer in order for them to handle any claims.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO A MANUFACTURER DEFECT OF A PRODUCT DURING THE FIRST SEVEN DAYS OF OWNERSHIP. ONCE RETURNED AN EXACT REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.
SHORTAGES IN AN ORDER:
Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have three (3) days after confirmed delivery to report any shortages in the shipment. We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those three days have passed.
SEIZURE OF ORDERS:
It is the customer's responsibility to check their local laws to make sure airsoft is legal in their respective areas BEFORE ordering. If airsoft IS NOT LEGAL in your area, and your order is seized - we will NOT refund your money.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising out of, or related to these Terms and Conditions, or the sales transaction between Plycon's Armory, Inc. and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Plycon's Armory Inc. and the Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of Georgia to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parties waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity, or otherwise against Plycon's Armory Inc. that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
SEVERABILITY:
If any provision contained in this agreement is, or becomes invalid, illegal, or un-enforceable in whole or part, such invalidity, illegality, or un-enforceability shall not effect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement - and the invalid, illegal, or un-enforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Georgia State Law.
These terms and conditions, along with all fine print related to Fed-Ex shipping, together with Plycon's Armory invoice respecting the products ordered by the Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Plycon's Armory and the Customer - and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Plycon's Armory and the Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
