About the Waiver:
Considering the litigious nature of today's society - and the tendency for people to not want to accept
responsibility for their own actions - Plycon's Armory Inc. requires a signed legally binding waiver removing
any liability from us before we'll process or ship any order containing a airsoft gun/replica. Orders
that do not contain airsoft weapons do not need to fill out a waiver.
WAIVER:
You'll need to print out a copy of the waiver provided to the left and sign it. The name on the waiver
MUST match the name on the Credit Card used, or the name on the verified PayPal account used to pay for the order. No exceptions.
Once you've signed it - fax it to us at 229-241-9333. We must have this in order to process your order for any type of airsoft weapon.
NOTE: We must receive your signed waiver within the 48 hours following submission of your order. If we have not received it within that time - the
order is automatically canceled, the authorization against any credit card used is voided, and we give the items set aside to fill your order to someone else.
Once we have the signed waiver - we'll ship your order and send you the Fed-Ex Tracking number as it goes out the door...
